The bathroom was very dirty and old (black mold around the bathtub, hairs in the sink and on the floor....). Scratched old toilet.... The bed and pillow were ok. TV was great. Internet worked 25% of the time Breakfast was ok, but not a 5* hotel breakfast. They served instant coffee.

everything was simply brand-new. i greatly enjoyed the room with view. booked the hotel for its favourable and magnificent location just next door to the central bus terminal, malls like next level, armada, and taurus, and a restaurant. there was ham-buga kasap burger right next to the venue.

The hotel breakfast was fantastic, hotel enviroment was very calm most of the times and with a very beatiful interior design. Hotel parking space was nice exactly in front of the main door with a nice waterfall. Room viewes was very good from ankara city and the back street provide very fast access to many stores. Hotel is 5 Km away from ankamall it takes around 10 min to arrive and it is around 40 min away from esb airport in normal city traffic.

Spa is really fair. The women who makes massage, is not professional.

The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help.
The windows cannot be opened in the rooms and during my stay the air conditioner was still working in winter so, so it felt like you are in an aquarium.

Good location at the roadside Standard room space Tea and coffee facilities Extremely friendly staff personnel
Poorest breakfast ( 3 stars hotel level). Broken air condition in the room ( as always). Flat and hard standard pillows ( need to ask for extra pillow) Very dirty outside (street) windows Small bathroom for standard twin room The only Turkish programs available on tv Even beer not allowed in the lobby and restaurant (absolutely restricted alcohol drinks) THIS IS NOT 5 STAR HOTEL!
